Jersey est une implémentation de référence pour JAX-RS, ce qui en fait un choix intéressant si tu cherches à développer des services web RESTful en Java. Le site propose une documentation complète, mais il est vrai que pour les débutants, certaines sections peuvent sembler un peu techniques. Il est bien de voir qu'il y a une communauté active autour de Jersey qui peut aider en cas de besoin.
