rConfig est un outil de gestion de configuration pour les dispositifs réseau qui, bien qu'étant open-source, reste peu connu. La promesse d'une gestion efficace des configurations réseau est séduisante, mais il faut avouer que la prise en main n'est pas des plus simples. On peut facilement se perdre dans les diverses options proposées. Les utilisateurs qui cherchent une solution simple et rapide pourraient être déçus. En termes de prix, rConfig annonce un accès gratuit, mais les détails sur d'éventuelles fonctionnalités premium ne sont pas clairs. Pour ceux qui recherchent des alternatives, il existe des outils comme SolarWinds et Cisco Prime qui, bien qu'ils soient payants, offrent un support client et des fonctionnalités plus robustes.
