Demo est un espace pour tester FreeScout, un logiciel de gestion de service client. En tant que version de démonstration, il ne permet pas d'accéder à toutes les fonctionnalités comme dans une version complète. C'est pratique pour se familiariser avec l'interface et les outils, mais ne comptez pas sur ce site pour une utilisation en production. Contrairement à d'autres solutions comme Zendesk ou Freshdesk, FreeScout est une option open source qui peut s'avérer intéressante pour ceux qui veulent un contrôle total sur leurs données.
